Welcome to Retreat PT. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
Retreat PT provides personal training, group training, wellness coaching, and related services.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years old or have written consent from a parent/guardian.
3. Health & Safety
You confirm that you are medically cleared to participate in exercise.
You agree to inform Retreat PT of any injuries, health conditions, or limitations before starting.
Participation is at your own risk.
4. Payments & Cancellations
All fees are payable as outlined at the time of purchase.
Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in forfeited sessions.
Refunds are not provided unless required by law.
5. Code of Conduct
We provide a supportive environment and expect all clients to:
Respect staff, facilities, and other clients.
Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we take all reasonable steps for your safety, Retreat PT is not liable for injuries, loss, or damages that may occur from participation.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
